Director of Chemical Engineering (FT).
Manage and direct the chemical engineering/ plant team, as it relates to dairy-based foods and drinks; utilize principles of chemical engineering and biological science to ensure/ maintain quality control on all received dairy products and products food products; ensure testing for temperature, bacteria, antibiotics and chemical/ biological assays; engineer and direct the preparation of cheeses and dairy-based products; ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations; ensure final products safety and quality (inc. salt, pH, moisture); ensure proper mixing and storage of chemical additives; ensure equipment maintenance and safety; develop novel production methods to increase final product yields; direct the creation of prototypes and R&D; supervise and direct all teams that manage and clean the plant equipment; as a part of the company’s senior management team, establish and direct new methods, approaches and recipes in accordance with principles of chemical engineering; direct and supervise junior chemical engineers.

Req’s BS degree in Chemical Engineering, plus 5 years of progressive experience (gained after the completion of the Bachelor’s degree).

Experience must include plant management and dairy-based products.
